WEDDING INFORMATION:
The dates of the wedding weekend are May 22-25.

May 22nd:	Free Golf Outing/Tournament (More Info to Come) Friday Morning 6:30pm Rehearsal Dinner for Family and Wedding Party
May 23rd:	Enjoy the Beach & Pool & Everything Miami!!!
May 24th:	Wedding Day 5:00-6:00pm Cocktail Hour 6:00-7:00pm Wedding 7:00-11:00pm Cocktail & Reception
May 25th:	Good-bye Brunch

Note: There will be some people arriving on Thursday evening, May 21st, if you would like to come in on that date.

WEDDING ATTIRE:
We want you all to enjoy yourselves!!! We are encouraging sun dresses for women and Hawaiian shirts for men. The wedding will be outside on the beach (if the weather agrees) so dress accordingly. We are calling it Beach Wedding Casual.

RESERVATIONS:
Method: Each individual will make their own reservation. Reservations need to be made on or before March 22, 2009.

GUARANTEE & BILLING:
Guarantee Method: Need to provide Credit Card.
Payment/Billing: Each individual is responsible in paying for their own room, tax, resort fee, parking (if any) and Incidentals. Credit Card is required to guarantee the rooms by March 22, 2009.
Baggage: No baggage service requested.
Parking: Valet Parking is $15.00 per day or self-parking across the street at a rate of $10.00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
It is the responsibility of each individual to call the hotel no later than March 22, 2009. Failure to do so will result to a charge of one night's room/tax penalty for each room cancelled after March 22, 2009.
